Avisonic will demonstrate megapixel fisheye lens distortion compensation IC at Security China 2010
Avisonic Technology Corporation announces that it will demonstrate AVS7201, the world��䏭 first ASIC that enables 360o all-round view with fisheye lens distortion correction, at the 10th China International Exhibition on Public Safety and Security. AVS7201 provides mega-pixel image resolution, up to 30 fps frame rate, digital PTZ, multi-view display, and no-blind-spot monitoring with the following advantages:
1. Obtaining a 360o view of the scene with a single camera
2. Avoiding mechanical breakdown, inaccurate positioning, slow transition, bulkiness, and high cost problems of conventional PTZ cameras
3. Providing comfortable viewing experience without annoying barrel distortion.
